Electronic Transfers Support

Contact us at your earliest opportunity if you think your statement or receipt is incorrect or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we send you or make available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

Please include the following information:

  • Your name and account number*.
  • The dollar amount of the suspected error.
  • Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about and explain as clearly as you can why you believe there is an error or why you need more information.

If you notify us verbally, we may require you send us your complaint or questions in writing within ten (10) Business Days, but this will not delay our investigation of your inquiry.
